How Eagles work...

--- "Eagles have been known as deadly birds of prey... They fly at very high altitudes and on eyeing their target, dive the depth, kill the prey and rise back up" - This is how a successful manager works... He may be right on top of the chain, overlooking a large breadth, but when needed he can dive the depths, work on the details, solve the issues, and rise back up... Management is not for a skimmer, or rather the "jack of all trades"... The best managers are specialists who can see the "big picture"---

These were the words of our Sr. VP, in what was one of the most inspiring speeches I've ever heard! The information he provided, the confidence that he exuded showed the experience and the charisma he had, to run an organization of this magnitude... Impressive are people who inspire the world!!

Hey, just happened to come here whilst strolling in the virtual world! Inspiring speech indeed but this one isnt original for sure... one of the living seers of India Pt. Ravi Shankar made a similar comparsion between a spiritually advanced soul and a hawk... Flying miles above the ground it can still spot a rat with deadly accuracy! And if u have ever noticed it is capable of a straight ascent... A moksha jatakam is also similar in many ways, it can be in this world and the next simultaneously without any scope of conflict and can rise STRAIGHT up into a higher level of conciousness with a little bit of effort and practise!
A nice article though! :)
